In 2005 he took on the leadership role of Vice President at AOS. As VP, Matt spent his time growing the foundation of the company by adding new products and services that better suited his clients’ needs and expectations. After what seemed like 12 short years as VP, he was fortunate enough to purchase the business and now is acting President and CEO of AOS.  Since assuming the role of President, he has lead a non-family board of advisors, made operational decisions, conducted long- term planning, overseen the financials, supervised employees, and improved business processes.

With the help and support of his family, clients and the AOS team, Matt has had the honor of accepting several awards on the behalf of AOS. Achievements include the 2014 - Square 9 Northeast Reseller of the Year, the 2015 - SmartCEO Family Business Award, the 2015 - Square 9 Northeast Reseller of the Year and the 2015 -  Square 9 National Reseller of the Year. Over the past five years, Matt and the AOS team have doubled their annual revenue and reinvested in the business while sliding operational cost downward to achieve a healthier bottom line.

Outside of business hours, it is extremely important for Matt to be active in his community. Aside from being an assistant coach of his children’s soccer and baseball teams, he also sits on committees for two charitable organizations, Bringing Hope Home and the Starfinder Foundation
